Your responsibilities will be a varied and diverse range of tasks, designed to make a real impact on projects while developing your communication, team working and project management skills. You will contribute to the administrative function and a variety of processes that support day-to-day business operations. You will be capable of managing multiple and, at times, competing priorities, as well as diary planning and keeping the team on track, reminding them of deadlines. Additionally, you will manage events and create presentations and reports.
You have 3-4 years’ experience in an administrative role, with outstanding attention to detail. Organised proactive, and self-motived, you’ll have a confident approach and be a team player. You will be keen to learn and have a genuine appetite for responsibility. You will be able to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, and be able to converse with a variety of people. You will enjoy problem solving and have the ability to make informed decisions and take initiative, or ask questions to help you do so. You will be tech savvy, take pride in your work and will thrive in a busy and broad role. You are comfortable with ambiguity and capable of working independently.
This role is a full-time, paid position with flexibility to work from home at times, with our office based in Barangaroo and may require occasional after-hours work.
