About the organisation

Organisation Name : Living My Way via People for Purpose

Founded in 1992 by a group of people with physical disability, Living My Way Limited (LMW) pioneered support for people with disability to be fully self-managed and in control of their lives. Their unique position in the disability sector comes from first-hand experience in understanding the benefits and importance of living one’s life with autonomy and freedom. LMW is a membership-based organisation. Members receive disability support funding from the NDIS, and the organisation offers a range of person-centric services that enables its members to employ their own support workers. While each member is considered a registered employer under the NDIS scheme, LMW alleviates the worrisome administrative obligations that come with that, so that each member can get on with life and pursue their social, recreational and career objectives.

About the role

  • Join a unique organisation that is well positioned for growth
  • Apply your commercial and strategic acumen in the NDIS era
  • Scale impact in creating freedom and autonomy within people's lives
