About the role
Reporting to, and expected to deputise for the CEO, the Director, Capability and Business Performance will lead all operational integration, strategic organisational development and forward planning activities. With responsibility for whole of organisation alignment of strategy and resources, the role will include a people-focused cultural transformation and reimagined ways of working. Leading a team of 19, you will companion an inspired Senior Management Team and Board to contribute to an ambitious trajectory of rights-based community impact, that has global influence.
The role requires proven multi-disciplinary senior executive experience, with a successful track record of working across diverse internal and external environments. An exceptional people manager with a flair for engendering collaboration, you will have the ability to drive teams to develop agile, future ready approaches to evolving stakeholder needs. Experienced in managing strategic and fiscal performance, you will bring a strong understanding of the changing nature of work and human centred design practice, and of emergent technology. The ability to authentically relate, model and lead within a Christian environment is expected.
