About the organisation
Stawell Regional Health (SRH) provides a broad range of acute and sub-acute health, community programs and residential aged care services to a population of approximately 12,000 residents across the Northern Grampians Shire. This diverse range of integrated health, community and residential aged care services is provided from modern facilities and supported by a cooperative team of health professionals and visiting specialists. Our facilities include inpatient ward, operating suite, urgent care centre, community rehabilitation, day stay oncology services as well as a range of community programs. SRH also operates Macpherson Smith Residential Aged Care facility as well as the Stawell Medical Centre General Practice.
About the role
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Director of People and Culture (DPC) is an executive team member and is responsible for all aspects of people and culture management, strategic planning and risk management. The role works closely with other SRH executives and has oversight of Human Resources, Payroll, Recruitment, Credentialing, Occupational Health and Safety, Workcover and Return to Work, Volunteers, Non-Clinical Mandatory Education. The DPC is responsible for the overall management of the People & Culture function, across all levels of the organisation providing an informed, professional and efficient service.
