About the role
As a Support Worker you will be responsible for the development, implementation and ongoing monitoring of support plans as well as work in close partnership with other ESCG and ancillary staff, using a team-based approach to ensure the effective coordination and delivery of services for ESCG tenants.
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in providing community-based support within the human services sector. You will be able to demonstrate maturity, insight, flexibility, initiative and have the capacity to willingly engage with people to build rapport and trust. You will also have good interpersonal skills including strong verbal and written communication.
