We are currently seeking a Tenancy and Property Worker to join our friendly Long Term and Head Lease Housing Program. We believe housing is a basic human right that affords people dignity. Everyone has a right to a home and it is our job to make this happen.
Our program aims to address the shortage of medium-term and long-term housing for people experiencing homelessness, specifically targeted to assist support participants of the Drug Court at Melbourne Magistrate’s court.
As a Tenancy and Property Worker, you will work as part of a team to ensure effective and efficient management of tenancies and properties. This involves ensuring all properties are managed in accordance with the Residential Tenancies Act and organisational policies, procedures and systems.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Real Estate. You will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, time management and the ability to effectively prioritise tasks, demonstrate initiative, be proactive and anticipate areas where assistance is needed.
