We are seeking an Administration Officer to join our friendly long-term housing and head lease team. The team is responsible for the provision and management of Launch Housing and Director of Housing owned properties.
As an Administration Officer, you will be responsible for:
- Rent receipting and bank reconciliation;
- Respond to accounts payable, accounts receivable queries and other general information;
- Assist in report preparation for funding bodies and key stakeholders as required;
- Accounts payable/receivable and liaise with creditors in conjunction with Tenancy & Property and Finance teams;
- Reporting, expenditure tracking;
- Undertake administration duties as required.
To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position and understand homelessness policy, context and systems. You will be highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and exceptional administration skills. You will also have well developed interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
