Operations Manager (CMY218)

About the Role

CMY seeks an Operations Manager to lead the operations portfolio teams as a shared services model.  The role will lead and manage infrastructure and operational planning for CMY; manage and supervise the facilities and assets; manage the operation of a safe work environment; lead and manage the business support portfolio; and manage, supervise, coach and support the operations team members.  This role reports to the Executive Manager of People & Culture.

• Hours: 38 hours per week (1.0 FTE), Full Time
• Fixed Term: until 31 June 2023
• Base Salary (SCHADS Level 7) : $97, 812 per annum plus Super and access to Salary Packaging
• Location: CMY Carlton Office (Due to COVID-19 restrictions, this role will require you to initially work from home)
• Applications Close: Midday 12:00pm, Thursday 25 March 2021
• Interviews: to be held in the week beginning 29 March 2021

You will have

1. The ability to conduct operational needs analysis and develop pragmatic strategies in regards to infrastructure planning and development
2. The ability to use initiative, think laterally and strategically, meet deadlines and produce quality outcomes under pressure
3. Anticipating problems and taking initiative to implement necessary action to ensure outcomes are achieved within budget and risks are minimised
4. Agile project management skills
5. An analytical and problem-solving mindset, paying attention to detail
