About the role
This role will support the further development of integrated, multi-disciplinary family law services, and provide clinical supervision to FDR Practitioners (FDRPs) working across our CBD, inner west, and south west Sydney sites.
Your leadership skills and innovative approach to the changing environment of service delivery will be highly regarded, as will your knowledge and experience in delivering high-quality, person centred services that meet client and stakeholder needs.
You will join our Families Division leadership team and work collaboratively to support separated families through integrated services including Post Separation Case Management, Child inclusive practice, Legally assisted FDR, Family law counselling, and Parent Education.
About You
- Ability to undertake the duties of the role in accordance with CatholicCare’s Mission, Vision and Values and its Code of Ethics and Conduct
- A proactive, professional attitude and approach, with the ability to think innovatively, lead change, and ensure high quality service delivery and outcomes.
- Accreditation as an FDRP, with demonstrated experience and skills in working with separated families, clinical supervision of FDRPs, and collaborative practice.
- A people and outcomes focused approach to leadership and service delivery, responsive to the changing environment of sector and community needs.
- Excellent relationship management skills across stakeholder groups.
- Collaborative working style, with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated understanding of Australian Family Law, Child Protection and Domestic and Family Violence, which underpin clinical assessments to ensure safety and child focused practice.
