We also provide a range of Aged Care and Day Programs for adults with a disability. Our main site is in Parkdale with programs and services also offered at Chelsea, Clarinda, Mentone, Cheltenham, Clayton and Edithvale.

About the role

About the Role

CBCHS are currently seeking passionate, motivated Client Support Workers and Professionals to join our Adult Community Options (ACO) team on a casual basis. The Client Support Workers/ Professionals support people with a Disability to exercise choice and control and to participate in activities to meet their individual needs, goals and interests. This could be in a group setting in the community or any ACO / CBCHS venue or 1:1 centre-based support.

About You

You are dedicated to delivering high quality outcomes for clients. You will have the ability and willingness to provide support to a range of people with a disability in all activities. Your excellent communication skills will see you build positive relationships with clients, families, carers and other professionals from a diverse range of cultures and backgrounds. Your passion will see you put the client’s choice and control first, and ensure you protect, promote and uphold the rights of people with a disability. To apply for a Client Support Professional role, you will also hold a Certificate IV in Community Services (Disability) or equivalent.
