About the role

SCHS is seeking an Executive Manager Business and Finance (EMBF) with high-level leadership
capability, proven business development skills and expert finance and risk management skills to
oversee corporate services and work closely with the Executive team and Board to support SCHS
strategic objectives. The EMBF also has responsibility for the administration of SCHS investments and
the secretarial support for the Finance & Audit Committee. In this role you will be a key driver of the
organisations strategy to grow and diversify its business base.

To meet the requirements of the role, you will hold relevant tertiary qualifications in accounting,
commerce or business preferably to post-graduate level and be able to demonstrate extensive senior
level management experience in a complex environment. Demonstrated experience in accounting
standards and ability to identify, mitigate and manage financial and corporate risk is essential. Evidence
of your ability to research and pursue new business leads for business growth will be highly regarded.
