The Child and Family Wellbeing Service is made up of three programs; Child Nutrition, Intensive Family Support and Child Advocacy. The primary focus of the Child and Family Wellbeing Service (CFWS) is to deliver targeted, efficient and effective community services within the NPY region, seeking the best possible outcomes with regard to improving the quality of life for Anangu children and communities.

We are now recruiting for an experienced Manager to oversee the three program areas of the CFWS and lead a dedicated team of professionals to deliver a shared purpose in a complex environment. You will manage a large team that includes a mixture of Team leaders, Case Managers and Development Officers, so experience leading, mentoring and supervision skills are essential.

Ideally, you will have a tertiary qualification in Health or Human Services and have experience in case management.  The successful person will have strong people management skills and the flexibility to adopt different management styles and approaches to achieve the best outcomes. You will value the team’s experience and skills on the ground whilst introducing new ways of working to enhance our service delivery.
