The primary focus of the Child and Family Wellbeing Service (CFWS) is to deliver targeted, efficient and effective community services within the NPY region, seeking the best possible outcomes with regard to improving the quality of life for Anangu children and communities.
We are now recruiting for an experienced Manager to oversee the three program areas of the CFWS and lead a dedicated team of professionals to deliver a shared purpose in a complex environment. You will manage a large team that includes a mixture of Team leaders, Case Managers and Development Officers, so experience leading, mentoring and supervision skills are essential.
Ideally, you will have a tertiary qualification in Health or Human Services and have experience in case management. You will value the team’s experience and skills on the ground whilst introducing new ways of working to enhance our service delivery.
We offer a range of benefits and you will join a diverse and inclusive organisation in an environment and landscape unique to Australia. We encourage support, ongoing development and connections in your work and give you the autonomy that creates a culture of trust. You will also receive a comprehensive orientation program, best practice supervision and flexible working arrangements.
Underpinning this will be a competitive, above award based salary, superannuation, salary packaging benefits, 5 weeks of annual leave, 3 days of additional leave, retention bonus and generous personal leave to care for you and your family.
