As part of our Short Term Restorative Care team at Ferntree Gully, EACH is looking for motivated Occupational Therapist to provide services, making a huge difference to the lives of those living in the community with a focus on independence and reablement. We are looking for a clinician that can work well within a multidisciplinary team and provide high quality evidence based assessment and intervention.
What you’ll be doing
This position delivers Occupational Therapy services within a multidisciplinary team to customers over the age of 65 living in the community with a focus on independence and reablement. This involves assessment, planning, case conferencing and implementation of interventions within an 8 week time frame. Who you’ll be working with The Short Term Restorative (STRC) team is a multidisplinary team comprised of a Registered Nurse, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapist, Allied Health Assistance, Dietician and Administration Assistant who work closely together to deliver excellent client outcomes.
