Description:

Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for a part-time (0.6 EFT) Podiatrist with current registration to practice with AHPRA, with highly developed skills in a wide range of podiatric clinical assessment, treatment and intervention to join our team of podiatrists. If this is you and you enjoy working with a diverse range of health professionals and clients, we would love to see you apply!

You’ll be committed to the principles and practices of community health, primary he alth, and the social model of health. You will possess good communication and interpersonal skills and are skilled in a wide range of clinical assessment, treatment, intervention, and client education in all areas of podiatry. You will also be committed to providing evidence-based care and understand quality improvement.

This position will be offered on a 12-month fixed-term basis covering parental leave.

What you’ll be doing
Based primarily at our Ferntree Gully site you will provide both centre and home-cased podiatry services. Working alongside other podiatrists, your day will be varied, however, you will work in a collaborative manner. The role involves delivering high-quality customer-centric healthcare with an emphasis on chronic disease management.

Who you’ll be working with
Reporting into the Podiatry Senior Clinician and Health and Wellness Team Leader, your position will work with EACH customers to provide high-quality healthcare. The team sits within the wider Primary Health program, which comprises committed health and allied health professionals. As a team, we aim to ensure customers are supported with their health goals to achieve better health outcomes and improve their quality of life.
