About the role
We are seeking a Chief Executive Officer who is experienced in local community and/or disability services, someone who can work with Board members and the Executive team and local communities to deliver on the exciting challenges and opportunities that lie ahead, including planning for growth in the region.
The new Chief Executive Officer will be a great leader and someone who can motivate staff to deliver quality, cost effective services, whilst building a “one-team” mindset and ensure all employees and community members and volunteers have a voice within the organisation, particularly around decisions that affect them, continuously work to improve opportunities for the sharing of knowledge and provide a great organisational culture.
