The Role

Whilst the board is conducting an executive search for a permanent CEO this interim opportunity will have you reporting to the board and leading a committed team of 100 staff. You will have overall responsibility for:

• Organisational leadership, management and governance
• Implementing strategic and operational business plans
• Business development and stakeholder relationships
• Policy and program development.

The successful interim CEO will be able to apply for the permanent position.

Skills Required

Excellent senior leadership, relationship-building and partnership skills will be essential in this role in a career ideally developed in a similar style sector or like-minded corporate or tertiary institution. You will also be able to demonstrate:

• Strong commercial acumen and financial management
• Effective management of organisational resources
• Strong interpersonal skills and coaching leadership style
• Proven skills in promoting and advocating to external stakeholders
• Experience in maintaining funding contracts and sponsorships.
