If you’re degree qualified in a Health or Human Service related field, with experience in a similar role, enjoy variety in your day, and working collaboratively with other professionals, you might be the next member of our expanding team!

As part o f our Support Coordination team based in Southern Melbourne, EACH is looking for an experienced Support Coordinator to join us in this rewarding high-growth area. In addition to your ability to apply customer experience principles to your work, you will have an excellent ability to foster and nurture customer relationships, a desire to help people obtain their personal wellbeing and life goals through an empowerment-based approach, and experience in clinical, educational or community-based disability, mental health or early childhood intervention services or related fields.
