We are currently seeking to recruit to the newly created role of Inital Assessment and Planning (IAP) Coordinator – Prioritization List to provide leadership to and management of the Launch Housing Prioritization List Team, and ensure the smooth functioning of transparent, equitable and
appropriate referrals for clients into available crisis accommodation, support and housing. The successful applicant will work collaboratively to maintain strong professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and programs.
The role is responsible to provide coaching to both internal and external referring programs and agencies in the application of assessment and referral templates.
An integral part of the IAP Coordinator – Prioritization List role will be the development and maintenance of data processes to track housing and support demand and outcomes for clients, and developing reporting of this flow to ensure key data is available to quantify the impact and outcomes of the Prioritization List team in supporting the strategic vision and evidenced informed direction of Launch Housing services. This role will maintain close and effective working relationships with, and provide expert advice to other Coordinators across the Getting Housing, Keeping Housing and Housing Supply portfolios.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have a tertiary qualification and experience in human services, social work or other relevant discipline and a demonstrated understanding of contemporary housing and homelessness policy, context and systems. You will possess strong leadership qualities which facilitate and support a culture of trust and inclusion, and contribute to a program of continuous improvement. You will also have superior organisational skills and demonstrated experience in the
collation & analysis of data. salary is $91,343 per annum + super.
