About the role
YWCA Australia is currently seeking a passionate program Facilitator in your area to join our Encore Team. This role is offered on a casual basis of 3-hours per week during school terms. We are looking for facilitators in Mt Gambier.
Encore is a land and pool-based gentle exercise program for women who have experienced breast cancer. Each program runs for 8 weeks. Times and dates of programming are flexible and training is provided.
ABOUT YOU
The ideal applicant we are seeking will have:
- Current First Aid certificate (including CPR)
- Moderate level of fitness including the ability to swim 25m
- Current Driver’s License
- Strong supporter of Women’s Rights and willing to push the boundaries.
- Team player who is approachable with strong interpersonal and listening skills together with the ability to empower.
- Results focused, self-motivated and a self-starter who goes above and beyond.
- Doesn’t settle, strives for continues improvement and has a high level of integrity.
- A demonstrated passion for social change and contributing to an organisation that advocates for equality.
- This position will require the applicant to satisfactorily complete a national criminal history record check and hold the relevant state-based working with vulnerable persons permit prior to employment
