It is a non-profit, non-government organisation that has made substantial achievements in the prevention of child abuse through education, advocacy, research and specialised therapeutic services to abused children and their family members.
ACF has an exciting opportunity for a new Fundraising Coordinator a talented and highly motivated professional to join our Partnerships, Marketing and Fundraising Team based in Abbotsford on a full time ongoing basis. You will be responsible for managing and implementing a range of fundraising activities.
This position will also represent the Foundation at various events and meetings. This role has a strong focus on CRM management and providing reports to the management team to help inform good strategic decision making and planning.
The Fundraising Coordinator will also support the wider Partnerships, Fundraising and Marketing Program including the coordination of the donor database.
Your role will include:
- Identify opportunities for solicitation and acquisition of new donors and generating additional fundraising.
- Support the Marketing and Fundraising Manager to work with existing peer-to-peer platforms and explore new and emerging opportunities to grow and maximise the community fundraising base of activity and engagement.
- Respond to telephone and email enquiries regarding donations, regular gifts, community fundraising events and initiatives
- Oversee phone, email inboxes and information sources for the Fundraising, Marketing and Partnerships team directing enquiries as appropriate
- Provide support to the Fundraising Manager to work with third party platforms such as Everyday Hero, Go Fundraising and new and emerging platforms to grow the fundraiser base of activity and engagement.
- Provide regular reporting and statistical data from Salesforce as identified by the Fundraising Manager
- Maintain accurate data entry of donations and donor information alongside the corporate services data entry team utilizing Salesforce.
- Assist with development of Fundraising marketing collateral and updating website information.
- Operate as the first point of contact for the Fundraising and Partnership Team
About you:
- An appropriate qualification or relevant experience suited to a Fundraising or administrative role.
- Experience managing a CRM database (Salesforce – to support fundraising activity and analysis).
- Excellent organisational skills, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with shifting and short deadlines
- Exceptional communication skills with demonstrated success working with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders
- A collaborative and positive working style
- A proactive self-starter who thrives on finding innovative methods to reach a variety of audiences.
Remuneration & Benefits: The salary for these roles consists of a very competitive base salary + superannuation + salary packaging + Surface Pro + Mobile Phone.
