About the role
WDV is recruiting for the position of Mentor Co-ordinator to assist with recruiting and supporting mentors as part of the Enabling Women Mentor Program. The Mentor Program will run to complement the Enabling Women Leadership Program – Colac.
WDV is looking for a woman, non-binary or person of another marginalised gender, comfortable in women-centred spaces who identifies with the values of WDV and lives with disability to fulfil this position.
We particularly encourage applications from women with disabilities, including those from diverse backgrounds, such as LGBTIQ+, Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander, CALD, migrant, and refugee backgrounds.
They will have strong connections to Colac and/or surrounding areas, with excellent networking skills.
Some experience of supporting people with disabilities to become more empowered is desirable.

Classification: Women’s Health Victoria Enterprise Agreement 2007. Level 3, Year 1, $62,738 Pro Rata
Casual Rate: $39.69 (which includes 25% casual Loading) plus 10% Superannuation
Hours of Work: Up to 92 hours spread over 5 months
Tenure: Date of appointment to Monday 29 November 2021
A police check will be required to undertake the duties in this position.
