About the organisation
Ladder provides development and mentoring programs to young people experiencing or at risk of disadvantage. Ladder is a leader in youth mentoring and engagement, providing specialist programs and vital opportunities to young people in communities across Australia.
Ladder delivers programs to young people, 16 – 25, that improve outcomes across key life domains including self-efficacy, community connection, health and wellbeing, independent living skills and education, employment, and training (EET).
Ladder is the official charity of AFL players and a charity partner of the AFL.
About the role
Ladder programs are delivered across Victoria and Sydney (NSW). Ladder changes the lives of young people through a range of program offerings including Ladder Step Up programs and community partnership programs.
This role forms part of Ladder’s Senior Leadership Team. Key responsibilities of the National Program Manager role include:
- Ladder program oversight
- Business and model development
- Reporting and evaluation
- Staff development
