It is a registered charity and a membership based company. Each week over 100 NDIS participants use its services. Current turnover is $5m+ and there are 60+ employees.
The implementation of the NDIS over the last 8 years has influenced the approach to service delivery for people living with disability. Organisations like Carinya Society want to offer more choice to those who have restricted choices and sometimes very complex situations with regard to their health, lifestyle and abilities.
Carinya Society is a dynamic and growing, financially robust, disability service provider, which is committed to the quality and safety of the vulnerable people it services.
