About the role

About the role

An exciting opportunity exists to lead the implementation of the annual giving and direct marketing plan for Monash Health Foundation. Reporting to the Head of Operations, your key responsibilities will include refining, developing and implementing strategies to increase philanthropic support from donors and increase community engagement and awareness of the Foundation. Your responsibilities will include:

Adding value to the existing Annual Giving and Direct Marketing program by adopting best practices from around the globe.
Developing creative approaches to attract new donors, broaden geographic range and enhance the diversity of donors.
Providing reports and analysis for each initiative that allows objective assessment and an updated plan for future initiatives.
Improving communication through digital channels to encourage more online giving.
Creating and executing effective processes for acquisition, renewal and upgrade of annual giving donors.
About you

You are experienced in this field, you have advanced knowledge in annual giving and direct marketing techniques.

Your experience and understanding of the not for profit and philanthropy sector will give your application that extra edge and if successful, you will make a valuable contribution to Monash Health.

What you need

An undergraduate qualification, or an equivalent, alternate combination of relevant knowledge, training and/or experience.
Current Driver’s Licence.
An understanding of the Australian philanthropic community.
Experience of successfully developing or implementing programs in the non-profit sector.
Experience in collaborating with a range of stakeholders, both internal and external.
Strong understanding and use of metrics for annual giving.
