The Centenary Institute’s growing Philanthropy and Communications team contributes to the Institute’s financial sustainability by securing philanthropic revenue and engaging with its external community and audiences. The Institute now seeks a new Development Manager who will develop and implement a sustainable major gift fundraising strategy, building a pipeline of major donors giving at the $50K+ level. The Development Manager will develop, nurture and maintain relationships with high net-worth individuals, corporates, philanthropic organisations, trusts and foundations to generate additional income in support of the Institute’s highest priorities.
A motivated self-starter with a demonstrable track record in closing gifts and meeting fundraising goals, you have the capacity to build effective relationships with a variety of stakeholders, both internal and external, to achieve fundraising outcomes. Your passion for the work of the Institute and genuine interest in elevating funding for world class scientific health and medical research is fundamental to success.
