About the role

This is a broad and varied technical delivery role that is involved in all aspects of our fundraising and marketing activities. Providing a key service to implement digital solutions to enable engaging and effective supporter experiences, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of all our marketing and fundraising activities.
You will use your analysis, design, and development skills across all our digital and data platforms to build easy-to-use workflows for supporters to engage with us and for our team to manage our campaigns and supporters. This role will provide technical services to website delivery, integration development, CRM configuration and development, marketing automation amongst other things.
As part of a small team, we do a lot ourselves. Your technical expertise will be invaluable to achieving clever solutions using the varied toolbox at our disposal. In addition to what we do ourselves, you will work with leading platforms and suppliers to deliver projects and campaigns.
Act for Peace has a solid base of technology platforms that are already integrated to enable scale. But there is much to do as we continue to invest, develop, and grow our digital capabilities always with the goal of enabling rich supporter experiences. This role is integral to this growth.
Our technology platforms are centred around Salesforce, with Raisely providing our Peer-to-Peer fundraising capability. We also have marketing automation, websites, ecommerce, and integration tools, some of which are being refreshed or replaced.
You’ll be working with a motivated and experienced team with an ambitious marketing and communication strategy and growth targets to match – and you’ll be making a big and growing contribution to communities affected by conflict and disaster.
This is a 4 days per week part-time permanent position based in our Sydney CBD office (remote options considered). The salary will be negotiated depending upon the skills and experience of the successful candidate.
