About the organisation
The Fay Fuller Foundation is a private philanthropic organisation that exists to resource community determined responses to complex challenges. We are a values driven organisation that has evolved over almost twenty years. In the past five years we have realigned our focus, implemented a new granting program, and are in year one of supporting a ten-year regional mental health initiative.
Our team is agile, multidisciplinary and we support each other in our work recognising we all have different perspectives, experience, and knowledge to offer. We love getting out of the office and spending time with our partners and communities in their place. We’re passionate about improving mental health and wellbeing especially through supporting early prevention and community-driven responses. Our role is to reach out, listen, value lived experience and work together with our partners to explore new ideas and ways of working that respond to the root causes of some of our most complex challenges.

This role is perfect for someone who loves working with community, building relationships and collaborating for change. You will be the key manager in building a new First Nations led funding model in South Australia by listening, coordinating, connecting, supporting and networking. We are looking for someone who is a team player, personable, passionate, and an advocate for community with strong initiative and adaptability.
