About the organisation

Organisation Name : EACH

Beginning with a humble base in Outer East Melbourne, EACH has grown and now operates across the Eastern states of Australia and is considered one of the nation’s leading health and community services providers.

At EACH, we believe that that everyone is entitled to good health. For over 25 years, have supported people with a disability, mental illness and/or psychosocial disability to achieve their goals through local, individualised, community-based support.

About the role

Being able to provide NDIS services that put the customer at the heart of what we do is inextricably linked with why EACH operates NDIS programs across Melbourne, ACT and NSW.

In this newly created position, the NDIS National Manager will be called to balance their strategic, financially sustainable vision of how EACH should continue to deliver these programs, with a focus on quality, best-practice care. The operating landscape will feature complex legislative and regulatory requirements, however, the NDIS National Manager will be able to bring their prior experience in the disability sector to expertly navigate these challenges, inspiring those around them towards continuous improvement, achieving targets and measurable growth of our services.

This position will be offered initially as a two year, fixed-term position.

Who we are looking for
We are looking for a leader with experience developing financially sustainable services in the disability sector. You will be familiar with NDIS and NDIA requirements of services, working knowledge and understanding of relevant Disability Acts, and a deeply held belief system that aligns with the principles of human rights.

You will have previously seen the results of your work create high levels of engagement, and the enhanced capabilities of those around in previous roles will be a testament to your ability to build upon workforce capability, coach and manage.

Who you will be working with
Senior Managers across the Northern and Eastern Melbourne regions, New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory will become your colleagues, as you continue to collaborate with staff across the entire organisation with key contacts in Service Design, Finance and Human Resources.
