The Organisation
 
Coast & Country Primary Care (CCPC) is a progressive and dynamic organisation poised for its next phase of growth. With services delivered from the Central Coast through to the Mid North Coast, they provide a complex range of mental health, after hours general practice, community health and NDIS services.

CCPC improves the health and wellbeing in their local communities.  They are a large and complex not for profit organisation with 400 staff and contracted service providers across the region.

CCPC’s  focus is on helping their clients increase their independence, confidence and realise their potential.  They are a person centred organisation with a strengths-based approach to care, support and inclusion.

The Role
 
As a member of the executive team and reporting directly to the CEO, this role is an integral part of CCPC’s leadership team.  Based in Erina, your new role will be responsible for the planning and delivery of existing and new mental health programs and services.  You will provide leadership to a passionate team and actively participate in business and strategic planning.

The key areas of responsibility will be:

  • Managing the delivery of CCPC’s mental health programs and services
  • Identifying opportunities for synergies and improvements in the delivery of mental health services
  • Reporting on mental health program deliverables, targets, and outcomes
  • Ensuring that CCPC meets all legislative, compliance and funding body requirements
  • Collaborating with peer agencies and all levels of government

Skills Required

You are a natural people leader, ideally from a human services background, and have a track record in delivering highly targeted programs in a like-minded organisation.

Additionally, your experience includes:

  • Understanding of contemporary mental health issues
  • Proven skills in team development and managing budgets
  • Demonstrated experience in program evaluation and reporting of outcomes
  • Proven ability in engaging with stakeholders to build relationships
  • Understanding of the tender / grant writing processes

The suitable applicant will require a current driver’s license.  Compliance checking will include Police Clearance and Working with Children Check.
