The Program
The Partners in Wellbeing Peak Bodies Program is a newly created program aimed at supporting the mental health and wellbeing needs of small business owners due to COVID-19. EACH mental health clinicians/consultants work directly with selected peak industry bodies to identify their organisation and members’ unique needs and provide direct support and referral pathways to appropriate services as required.
About the role
We have a new opportunity for a Team Leader to join the Partners in Wellbeing Peak Bodies Program!
Are you confident in leading a diverse team? Do you have lived experience or understand the unique challenges owning a small business can have? Are you qualified in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Nursing or a related field? Then we would love to hear from you!
We are seeking a driven team leader with expertise in the mental health sector to provide operational and clinical leadership to a team of regionally located mental health clinicians/consultants. You will be professional with strong interpersonal skills and have a demonstrated ability to form effective partnerships with various stakeholders.
What you’ll be doing
Your days will be varied and highly collaborative. As the Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising the team operationally and clinically, co-facilitating webinars and workshops relating to wellbeing topics, proactively engaging with small businesses to promote mental health and wellbeing, increasing the knowledge and capacity regarding mental health within the peak industries the team support.
Your strong business acumen will assist you to identify the unique needs of different industries and businesses allowing you to achieve high-quality client outcomes.
Who you’ll be working with
You will lead a team of four regionally located mental health clinicians/consultants with the support of the Manager, Partners in Wellbeing. Supporting the collaboration with the other Partners in Wellbeing services internally and with our external partner agencies NEAMI, ACSO, Financial Counselling Victoria and Melbourne Innovation Centre.
