About the role/opportunity
Kids First has a new position available to lead and mentor staff across our Early Years Centres. The role offers the opportunity to deliver high quality early childhood programs across our centres.

To be successful in this role you will need:
- Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience with the ability to effectively manage staff relationships
- Experience in overseeing program development which reflects principles, practices & learning outcomes to relevant frameworks and standards
- The ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and manage multiple competing priorities
- Detailed understanding of the Education and Care Services National Regulations 2011 and Education and Care National Law Act 2010 and VEYLDF
- Excellent computer and administrative skills with outstanding attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset
