About the role

  • Dynamic team working with exceptional academics and professional staff
  • Generate philanthropic support for research that leads to real change in Social Justice, Human Rights Institute, and indigenous groups
  • $109,944 – $135,589 + 17% super + leave loading

Reporting to the Head of Development, you will take a leading role in supporting the growth of UNSW’s Law ty fundraising program. As the Development Manager you will be responsible for the implementation of strategies to achieve significant philanthropic revenue targets and will manage a personal portfolio of up to 100 major gift prospects. 

The focus of the role is to cultivate and solicit major and planned gifts to support the Faculty of Law’s fundraising priorities. The role will work in close partnership with alumni relations and the development team. 

UNSW Law is a leading research-intensive faculty that focuses on interdisciplinary and collaborative research. To achieve this, UNSW Law has built several outstanding collaborative research Centres which lead in their field, including the Gilbert + Tobin Centre of Public Law, the Allens Hub for Technology, Law and Innovation, the Centre for Law Markets and Regulation and the Andrew and Renata Kaldor Centre for International Refugee Law. This research is used to inform, inspire and enliven our teaching.
