To help us achieve this goal we are looking for people with experience in facilitating, and/or a passion in, the following areas:

  • Art
  • Gardening
  • Cooking
  • Fitness – including personal training, swimming instructing
  • Yoga and holistic life skills
  • Music
  • Information Technology

About you:

To be successful in this role you will be required to address the following selection criteria:

  • Minimum Cert III Individual Support or Disability with 2 years’ experience working within the disability sector/ or
  • Experience in another specialty you can bring to the program, and a willingness to complete Cert III
  • Current First Aid Certificate.
  • Understanding and commitment to the Disability Standards and WHS.
  • Understanding of human rights and the challenges facing those with a disability.
  • Sound interpersonal, role modeling and customer service skills.
  • Ability to problem solve and adapt to changing environments.
  • Current Working with Children Check and NSW Driver’s Licence (Green P2 or Full).
