About the role

Opportunity:

 

You will create authentic and impactful campaigns to attract and engage donors whose generosity,

loyalty and commitment play a crucial role in supporting the performing arts. You will be responsible for

project managing fundraising and membership efforts across multiple channels and coordinating

campaign innovations for our Philanthropy department.

 

You will utilise your experience, unique relationship building and communication skills, your curiosity

and genuine interest in others, to build meaningful relationships with ACM stakeholders and donors.

This will enrich the donors’ experience of Arts Centre Melbourne, and steward them towards lifetime

giving.

 

We will provide you with development, regular coaching and exciting project opportunities, to build

your career and leave your mark. You will be working in an exciting and inspiring environment, where

we welcome new ideas and prize innovation.

Full Time fixed term position. Salary is $136,460.23 p.a plus superannuation.

 

We are looking for someone who has:

  • A relevant tertiary degree or a related discipline

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Demonstrated experience in multi-channel (mail, telemarketing and digital) direct marketing for fundraising purposes

  • Proven skills in supplier and stakeholder management across a range of channels

  • Ability to generate and/or interpret data insights to drive campaign objectives.
