Infoxchange seeks to appoint a dynamic leader to the position of Head of People and Culture to implement the Group People and Culture strategy to align People and HR policies, practices and programs to the organisation’s strategy and business direction.
Reporting to the Head of Corporate Services, the position will be a key contributor to organisational strategy and is a part of the Executive Leadership Team. The appointee will lead the ongoing development of the HR team to provide services to internal client groups in all HR matters including performance management, learning and development, leadership development, coaching, mentoring, OHS and counselling.
This position requires a contemporary human resources professional with superior leadership, strategic capability, and a strong partnership approach. Presenting with an engaging leadership style and as an outstanding collaborator, the successful candidate will have a track record of managing and executing enterprise programs, supporting executive leaders and combine a strong, hands-on approach to deliver in priority focus areas. Alignment to the organisational mission and a passion for enabling a culture that supports and respects the individuality of others, and recognises the benefits of diverse ideas and approaches is essential. Relevant tertiary qualifications in an appropriate field are highly desirable.
