The Opportunity

The Manager, Project Management Office is responsible for ensuring robust, effective project management practice.  Working across the organisation you will have a particular focus on our sizeable property development and assets management projects.

As a functional leader and expert in project delivery and governance, you will provide advice, guidance and education on best practice project management.  You will provide project governance, reporting and support to the Commercial function of HCA as we continue to strengthen our , project management capability through an exciting period of growth.

We are seeking someone who can use their extensive experience in leading and developing project team members.  A sound knowledge of project management techniques and experience in the planning, tracking and delivery of projects is essential. You will have high level conceptual, analytical and communication skills which will be used extensively while establishing the Project Management Office as a discrete function.

About You

  • Demonstrated experience in leading strategic projects using best practice project management methodologies and frameworks
  • High level conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in an appropriate discipline – Project Management, Planning, Social Sciences, Management or other related
