Bayley House has been in operation in Brighton since 1951. This year it is celebrating 70 years of providing services in Bayside Melbourne that actively support people living with an intellectual disability to realise and reach their goals and dreams. Encouraging and nurturing connections and engagement with friends, family and the community.
About the role
Characterised by recent unprecedented growth, the development of a new 5-year Strategic Plan and a strong executive leadership team, the organisation seeks to appoint at least two new Non-Executive Directors to ensure Bayley House has the optimal mix of knowledge, skills and experience for the organisation’s long-term success.
Given the organisation’s strategic position a legal skillset would be particularly desirable for one candidate.
Bayley House welcomes applications from individuals with a strong grasp of corporate governance requirements and expertise in strategy, finance, marketing and business. You are known to be highly professional, have excellent communication skills and networking abilities. You share Bayley House’s values and may have personal experience of intellectual disability.
