About the role
Our Social Enterprise team delivers skills-based training, consultancy and research services to clients across the health industry. We are looking for someone to manage and grow the commercial opportunities for this team. You will have prior experience and success in business development as well as strong project management and quality assurance expertise to ensure that services are delivered on time, within budget and meet client expectations.
You will ideally have a background in health consultancy, health or medical research and experience in agency consultancy where you have demonstrable experience in building client relationships, identifying opportunities and developing business cases, and securing those opportunities to build a strong pipeline of work for our Social Enterprise team. You will also have prior experience in effectively managing, mentoring and supporting a high-performance team.
