We are seeking an experienced and inspirational CEO to lead the Ethnic Communities Council of Victoria. Building on our legacy in multicultural affairs the CEO will oversee all aspects of the organisation ensuring the ECCV is a leading voice for culturally diverse Victorians, driving and shaping multicultural policy across the state as well supporting members, community, business and government to build an inclusive and diverse society.
The CEO will be a person with a demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with a range of stakeholders. They will have a history of positively leading diverse teams of people and have the proven ability to oversee the delivery of the organizational strategic plan and support the ECCV Executive as it carries out its governance functions.
The position is full time and an attractive salary of between $120-$140k – dependent upon skills and experience – will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
