About the role

Able Australia is a recognised leader of disability services across Victoria, Tasmania, the ACT and South East Queensland.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be an integral member of the Executive Leadership Team with oversight and accountability of Finance, ICT, Procurement, Property, Business Analytics and Performance. You will be principally responsible for providing financial and strategic leadership across the organisation to ensure long-term sustainability. This will be achieved through robust financial control, strategic planning, identifying growth opportunities (both organic and M&A) managing risk and governance. You will be a key component of commercial negotiations and will ensure the business continues to grow in a balanced manner whilst also ensuring the same levels of client satisfaction remains.

CA/CPA qualified, you are likely to have commenced your career within a chartered firm and be a proven leader with demonstrated success developing and leading teams. You will have an in-depth technical understanding combined with demonstrated strategic and commercial awareness. You will have experience within a complex organisation and will be a proactive and strategic leader who is able to engage and influence at all levels of the business.
