The position
Being our Chief Marketing Officer means you’re at the heart and soul of our organisation changing the lives of millions of children across the globe and in Australia too. You’re the architect and steward of our brand story and have a compelling vision for how we can engage and inspire new and existing audiences. You’re an enterprise-wide leader and coach who brings people together and succeeds because you’re continually learning. You give our teams clarity, purpose and courage to imagine what could be.

About you
You are ready to change millions of children’s lives for the better and consider this opportunity as your calling. In your toolkit of skills, talents and experience which you have developed, you bring:

  • experience in crafting and driving brand management and value for an iconic well-known brand;
  • hold customer and stakeholder engagement in your DNA and a drive to deliver beyond expectations;
  • proven success leading large and diverse, highly skilled teams;
  • the ability to manage and deliver marketing activities and drive revenue outcomes;
  • an intrapreneurial and growth mindset
  • commercial savviness and has successfully generated revenue from fundraising opportunities; and
  • the ability to inspire, influence and take World Vision Australia to its next level of transformation.
