The Continence Foundation of Australia is a not-for-profit organisation and the national peak body promoting bladder and bowel health, incontinence prevention, management, education, awareness, information and advocacy. It has revenues of 7 M, 42 staff, over 1000 members and represents and advocates on behalf of over 5 million Australians who experience incontinence.
The Role
The Candidate
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will drive strategic planning, implement improved advocacy and brand recognition strategies, as well as review and upgrade existing operational protocols. You will be an experienced and inclusive leader who has demonstrated success in driving sustainable organisational and cultural transformation. Your stakeholder engagement skills will create measurable influence and increased organisational capacity.
