About the role
The Disability Justice Coordinator provides support to people who have a disability and are involved in the
criminal justice system.
Do you have?
- Knowledge and experience in disability case management with strong report writing, assessment and planning skills?
- Experience working with clients who have complex and multiple support needs?
Experience and /or an interest in the criminal justice system?
The role of the Disability Justice Coordinator is to provide a coordinated response to people with a disability involved in the justice system who display significant and multiple complexities in accordance with relevant legislation and departmental practice guidelines, with the aim of reducing the likelihood of the person reoffending.
