About the role
The Quality and Compliance Officer provides essential administrative, systems and analytical support to ensure ARC Justice meets its legal and regulatory compliance, as well as accreditation requirements. The role works closely with the People and Shared Services Manager and holds relationships with individuals across the organisation.
The role contributes to the high performance across all of ARC Justice’s areas of work, which facilitates the delivery of consistently high standard services to clients.
About you
- You have extensive experience in the effective development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of quality management systems that support effective delivery and compliance across multiple sites.
- You hold advanced-level analytical skills and enjoy getting into the detail of things. This has facilitated your demonstrated ability to effectively develop, implement and evaluate systems and procedures to ensure compliance with accreditation standards.
- You hold highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, which helps you establish positive and collaborative relationships with internal and external key stakeholders.
The Offer
- 0.6 to 0.8 FTE (45.6 to 60.8 hours per fortnight) position for a 12 month fixed term contract.

- SCHADS Level 5 to 6 Award salary subject to skills and experience.
- 3 days ex gratia between Christmas and New Year’s Day.
