As the Regional Operations Manager, you will be responsible for effectively managing a range of
programs across Central Australia. You will possess a passion for the delivery of quality outcomes
and have the ability to lead and mentor an already dedicated team working in partnership with
other organisations in the region, particularly Aboriginal Community Controlled organisations.
Reporting to the Executive Manager, this role includes a broad range of management responsibilities
including human resource management, stakeholder management, contract compliance, program
reporting, operational management and service delivery.
You will be a passionate, natural leader with extensive experience working at Management level
within the Community Services sector. In addition, you will hold a tertiary qualification in a related
field, have excellent verbal and written communication skills along with a proficient analytical and
problem-solving ability.
