About the role

  • 12 months Full time- Fixed Term Contract

YOUR CONTRIBUTION

The HSP program is a complex and multifaceted program model that works with refugees’ settlement and asylum seekers in the community considered highly vulnerable due to their economic, visa or health status. This position will be responsible for providing a range of administrative services and support to the HSP team.

  • Responsible for providing efficient and accurate administrative support, including entering data into systems
  • Provides administration meetings support, including tracking and completing actions
  • Support and coordination of social supports and activities including implementing activity programs
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, including editing, proofreading and complying with such reports when required
  • Maintaining professional and up to date case notes and monitoring service provision via internal databases and external IT system when required
  • Participates in internal and external audits by complying evidence with team leaders

 

SELECTION CRITERIA

  • Certificate IV in Business administration or equivalent
  • Experience working with databases and Microsoft Office
  • Worked with clients from a culturally and linguistically diverse background (desirable)
  • High level of written and verbal English skills
  • Working in a teamwork environment
