About the organisation
The Magistrates' Court of Victoria (MCV) is a jurisdiction within the Court Services Victoria statutory authority. The Court determines in excess of 300,000 cases per annum at 51 venues, equating to approximately 90 per cent of all cases that come before Victorian courts each year. The Court aims to be an innovative, accessible and responsive court that provides quality services to the Victorian community.
The Family Violence Contact Centre (FVCC) was established in response to a recommendation of the Royal Commission into Family Violence in 2017. The FVCC has been highly successful in delivering a centralised response to family violence enquiries and information requests for ten headquarter courts. This includes responding to requests from victim survivors, legal and community services providers, Victoria Police and perpetrators of family violence.
About the role
The Family Violence Contact Centre (FVCC) Client Service Officer role is to respond to enquiries in a timely, efficient and supportive manner that strengthens confidence in, and understanding of, the court process and improves the court user experience.
About you
- You are an enthusiastic administrative or client service officer, with a passion for improving service delivery and enhancing court user experience.
- Interested in a role which offers flexible work arrangements, including working from home, part-time and/or flexible working hours.
