About the opportunity
This is a exciting opportunity to be involved in our In Home Support Services part of our newly established Nursing and Allied Health Team.
The role involves managing incoming enquires and referrals for clients seeking home support services such as Allied Health, Nursing, Personal Care, Domestic Assistance, Home Maintenance, Home Modifications and other programs.
You will also be responsible for assisting with the teams administrative tasks and handling enquiries and calls regarding our programs. Arranging, confirming, changing and cancelling appropriate support to help, particularly older people, to remain living at home is another key requirement of the role.

About you
An ideal candidate will have a Certificate IV qualification (Administration, Community Services, Aged Care, Disability, Allied Health) and / or demonstrated equivalent expertise and work experience to undertake the activities required e.g. Allied Health Assistant and minimum two years’ experience in an administration or customer facing and/or telephone enquiries role from a diverse client and stakeholder base.
