Your New Role
As Diary Manager, you will manage all aspects of the diary of the CEO. Your excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills will be fully utilised as you act as the principal point of contact for key ACOSS stakeholders including politicians, organisational members and Board Directors. Day-to-day you will receive and process invitations for the CEO and Senior Team, coordinating responses, diarising confirmed meetings, and ensuring attendees have all they need ahead of meetings. In addition you will coordinate ACOSS’ key political and member meetings and provide high level executive support to two Deputy CEOs (job share).

Who You Are
You are an experienced EA or Office Manager with expertise in managing busy diaries. You can establish rapport and build relationships with your friendly yet professional manner. You are well-organised, have great time management skills and excellent attention to detail, all of which allow you to keep things moving along efficiently. You are good at planning and can balance this with shifting gears at a moment’s notice when priorities change. You have a genuine commitment to social justice and will take a broad interest in ACOSS’s work.
