Victorian Aboriginal Child Care Agency (VACCA) is the largest organisation of its kind in Australia, employing more than 600 employees and delivering more than 70 programs across Victoria. The Role
Reporting to the Fundraising Manager, you will be responsible for providing a broad range of support, whilst aiming to meet the organisational fundraising strategic growth plans during an exciting growth phase. You will be required to drive appeal income from individual donors, single giving, regular giving programs, oversee the annual appeals and the development of regular giving.
Specifically you will:
- Establish and manage annual campaigns
- Generate departmental reports and writing
- Improve the loyalty, retention and giving levels of supporters
- Acquire new donors and create engaging donor journeys
- Streamline operational capacity of the Salesforce CRM, creating efficiencies
Skills Required
Key skills required:
- Skilled at developing budgets and reporting
- Understanding of key fundraising practices and metrics
- Experience in conducting multiple fundraising channels simultaneously
- Experienced in single and regular giving campaign creation, execution and post analysis
- Emotional intelligence with a communication style that engages a wide range of people
- Alignment with the vision and values of Aboriginal Affairs and child family sector
You are currently working in a data driven marketing environment, ideally in a fundraising space for a NFP either within the arts, education or alternatively you are working in a like-minded corporate and looking to transition into a NFP sector.
